1. Nature of the service

Wave Rider Scan ("the service") is a read-only viewer of publicly available cryptocurrency market data. The service retrieves data from third-party public APIs, applies user-selectable filters and sorting, and displays the result. We do not generate, author, verify, or own any of the underlying data. The service does not execute trades, custody funds, or interact with user wallets.

2. Data sources

All information displayed is retrieved from the following public APIs:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these providers. Use of their data is subject to their respective terms of service. The service aggregates, caches, and reformats this data for display purposes only.

3. Data accuracy and availability

We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, stale, incomplete, or unavailable due to upstream outages, caching, rate limits, or errors in our own processing. Scores, rankings, flags, and filter outputs are algorithmic interpretations of raw upstream data and are not predictions, recommendations, or endorsements. Always verify prices, contract addresses, liquidity, and other attributes on the source platform before taking any action based on what you see here.

4. No financial advice

Nothing published, displayed, or transmitted by the service constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The service is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified professional before making any investment decision.

5. High-risk asset class

Cryptocurrencies and digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. Prices can move dramatically within minutes. You may lose your entire investment. Early-stage tokens (those surfaced in the "Newborns" tab in particular) are extremely high risk: industry data consistently shows that the majority of such tokens experience catastrophic loss of value, are abandoned by their developers, or are fraudulent from inception (including "rug pulls," honeypots, and pump-and-dump schemes). Past price performance does not indicate future results.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Jurisdictional restrictions

Cryptocurrency activity is prohibited, restricted, or regulated in many jurisdictions, including (without limitation) mainland China, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, Tunisia, and others. Regulations change frequently. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to the service and any trading activity you undertake is lawful in your location. If it is not, you must not use the service.

8. Third-party platforms

The service contains hyperlinks to third-party platforms (exchanges, charting websites, wallets, trading bots, and block explorers) for user convenience. These are independent operators. We do not control, endorse, audit, or assume any responsibility for third-party platforms, including the safety of their smart contracts, the accuracy of their information, the security of their custody, or their compliance with applicable laws. Your interactions with third-party platforms — including connecting a wallet, signing a transaction, or transferring funds — are entirely at your own risk and can result in total loss.

9. No privileged information

Any signals displayed concerning exchange listings (including Coinbase) are derived exclusively from publicly documented APIs. We do not possess and do not claim to possess any non-public, confidential, or privileged information from any exchange, issuer, or other party. Detection of a new listing reflects a change in publicly available data.

10. User responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • you access and use the service voluntarily and at your own risk;
  • you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, trading activity, and any resulting gains or losses;
  • you will independently verify any data from the service before acting on it;
  • you will comply with all laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction;
  • you will not hold the operator, developers, or affiliates of the service liable for your use of information displayed here.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wave Rider Scan, its operators, owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other commercial or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Age and capacity

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years in most jurisdictions) to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

13. Changes

We may modify this disclosure at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
